Management framework
CAMPARI has established a top-down ESG management framework to ensure the efficient advancement of ESG initiatives.
The ESG Management Committee, composed of members from the General Manager’s Office, is responsible for advancing the company’s ESG strategy and objectives, as well as for implementing information disclosure. Under the Board’s Strategy Committee, there is an independent division made up of senior executives from the General Manager’s Office, including the General Manager himself. This division plays a managerial role in matters related to environment, society, and corporate governance, while also proactively identifying and mitigating associated risks. It regularly reports on the progress of ESG initiatives to both the Board’s Strategy Committee and the full Board of Directors.
Formed jointly by several internal departments within the company that are related to ESG, this team, under the leadership of a team leader, coordinates and integrates the work of various business units. It reports all ESG-related matters to the ESG Management Committee, provides the information needed for decision-making, and offers guidance and support to each business unit.
