Introduction to CAMPARI

CAMPARI Enterprise was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in the Taiping Industrial Park, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. Its two national high-tech enterprises—CAMPARI Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Qingxin Health Technology Co., Ltd.—form a core intelligent manufacturing matrix. With 37 years of deep expertise in the cosmetics and oral care sectors, we obtained a Class II medical device manufacturing license in 2024, entering a new “cosmetics-device integration” track. We have been recognized as a provincial-level demonstration workshop for intelligent manufacturing in cosmetics and oral care, establishing a dual-core intelligent manufacturing model centered on “beauty care + oral care.” Our ERP + MES + WMS systems enable fully digitized production and operations across the entire process.
Enterprises are building a dual-engine model of “global R&D + local intelligent manufacturing”: Jointly established the [CÏSCO2 ULille & CMi Innovation Lab] with the University of Lille in France, and in collaboration with the three R&D centers based in Suzhou, we have successfully developed nine major product lines and achieved 23 technological upgrades over the past three years. The 150,000-square-meter future factory, set to launch in 2025, will adopt digital twin technology. We have built a GMP-standard industrial ecosystem covering raw material traceability, flexible production, and intelligent quality control. Relying on the philosophy of “Great Realm Nature—Beautiful Life,” we are jointly shaping ourselves into a comprehensive solution provider for the beauty and health industry chain as well as digital transformation solutions for smart factories.

Our History

1987 "Founding"
Founder Mao Jianlin founded the company in October, during the golden autumn season, by the shores of Yangcheng Lake. Using original handcrafted techniques, they created their first cosmetic product—the Pearl Cream.
1989 “Autonomy”
We developed our own brand, “Alan Sibao,” and participated in the 1989 National Department Store Spring Trade Fair, signaling our entry into the daily chemical products market.
1993 “Cooperation”
In cooperation with Singapore’s Carve International Company, we established Suzhou Carve Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., introducing internationally advanced technologies and product concepts. Together, we jointly developed China’s first “Carve Glycolic Acid Beauty Product Line.” By 1994, we had set up branch offices and representative offices in cities including Suzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, and Chengdu, and also established “Carve” brand counters in major shopping malls across these cities.
1997 “Transformation”
In October, in response to government directives and to meet the needs of evolving times, the company underwent restructuring and transformation, officially changing its name to “Suzhou Baozi Health Technology Co., Ltd.”
2006 “Seeking Change”
The company invested over 15 million yuan in a comprehensive renovation of the Baozi factory. After the expansion, the facility now boasts a total building area of 7,000 square meters, including a GMP-compliant production workshop covering nearly 1,000 square meters and certified to Class 300,000 standards. In 2005, the company began R&D on infant care and personal care products and put the new GMP-compliant production workshop into operation, becoming one of the earliest domestic manufacturers engaged in the R&D and production of infant care products.
2007 "Towards the New"
Campari Science & Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. has purchased 15 mu of land in Taiping Industrial Park and plans to invest more than 40 million yuan to build a new factory with an area of ​​18,000 square meters.
2010 “New Student”
A new factory, with an investment of 40 million yuan and a construction area of 18,000 square meters—including a 300,000-level GMP-standard design, manufacturing, and filling facility and a packaging production workshop spanning 3,000 square meters—has been put into operation. The company has obtained GMPC certification from the American Society for Quality, establishing Kangboli as one of the larger specialized production bases for personal care and daily-use products in the Suzhou region. The company has successfully transformed into an OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturer and has gained considerable recognition in the domestic maternal and infant personal care product sector.
2011 “Diversity”
Acquired and reorganized Suzhou Qingxin Health Technology Co., Ltd., a specialized factory with over 30 years of experience in toothpaste production.
2013 “Update”
With an investment of 30 million yuan, we are undertaking the renovation and expansion of the Qingxin Toothpaste Factory, including its production workshops, manufacturing equipment, and supporting facilities. After the renovation and expansion, the facility will boast a total construction area of 18,000 square meters, of which 3,000 square meters will be dedicated to a GMP-compliant production workshop meeting Class 300,000 standards—covering processes such as ingredient preparation, paste formulation, filling, and packaging. The facility will also feature an automated ingredient weighing system, six sets of paste-formulation equipment adhering to GMP standards, and six fully automated production lines, with an annual production capacity reaching 120 million toothpaste tubes. As a result, the company has entered a new phase in the oral care products industry, offering OEM/ODM private-label manufacturing services for well-known domestic and international toothpaste brands.
2016 "Micro-dust seeks survival"
2016 was an extraordinary year. Despite a challenging environment, the company persevered with determination, placing great emphasis on innovation and striving for breakthroughs.
Campari and Qingxin Company successfully obtained production quality system certifications in August and September, respectively. Both their software and hardware capabilities now meet the new national standards—specifically, the “Cosmetics Production License” issued by the National Medical Products Administration, covering five major categories of cosmetics and toothpaste products.
In 2016, the Campari (Qingxin) team—steadfast in their original aspirations and relentlessly pursuing their dreams—united their efforts and reaped the joy of success: both output value and sales surged, each growing by 40%, while tax revenue climbed by 50%. The company has now entered a new fast-track phase of development.
2018 “Learn, learn, and keep on learning.”
On February 2, the company successfully held its 30th-anniversary celebration. The company was honored as one of the “Top 6 Chinese Cosmetics Manufacturers 2018.”
2019 Empowerment and Upgrading: Reimagining Tradition
Denis, a Class-A expert certified by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs—the former General Manager of a company affiliated with L'Oréal France and Visiting Professor at the University of Lille in France—has officially joined our company as CTO. Campari and the University of Lille have jointly established the University of Lille Cisco & Campari Innovation Lab.
Suzhou Qingxin Health Technology Co., Ltd. has been honored with titles such as “Jiangsu Province’s First Intelligent Dental Workshop,” “Dental Health Care Manufacturing Workshop,” and “National High-Tech Enterprise” through its integration of informatization and industrialization.
2020 “Change yourself”
Campari actively responded to the government’s call and took concrete actions to support epidemic prevention and control efforts. On January 28, it launched production of disinfectant products for epidemic prevention, resuming work and production while ensuring supply and safety. LeeDun brand disinfectant has been featured on CCTV and is now being exported to Germany.
Recreating Tradition, Empowering Upgrades: In November, the brand-new, intelligent workshop and R&D quality center of Campari—renovated with an investment of 50 million yuan—passed the provincial drug regulatory authority’s acceptance inspection and officially began operations. This marks the launch of a comprehensive digital transformation and upgrade for the company, covering multiple areas including R&D design, intelligent manufacturing, process optimization, supply chain optimization, quality management, and corporate decision-making, thereby fully boosting the company’s new momentum for innovation.
The School of Chemistry at Nankai University and Comperly held a signing ceremony for their university-enterprise cooperation, and also unveiled the plaque for the “Professional Practice Base for Professional Degree Graduate Students of the School of Chemistry at Nankai University.”
In the same year, the company was honored with awards such as the “Suzhou Xiangcheng District 2020 High-Quality Development Innovation Award” and the “First Prize for Tax Contribution in Taiping Subdistrict.”
2021 Value Re-creation
A brand-new intelligent manufacturing workshop for mouthwash, with an investment of 50 million, has been put into operation.
2022 “All futures are worth looking forward to.”
The National Medical Products Administration’s Inspection Center held a national cosmetics inspector training workshop in Suzhou, and Campari & Qingxin were selected as among the first batch of partner institutions for the “national-level” practical training bases. The company was also honored with the “2022 Yangtze River Delta Enterprise Digital Innovation Case,” the “Suzhou Quality Award,” and the “2022 Jiangsu Model for Corporate Social Responsibility.”
Taking on responsibility and showing heartfelt generosity, Campari made donations totaling 96.9 million yuan in the pandemic period, including cash and supplies, to organizations such as the Jiangsu Provincial Women and Children’s Fund, the China Oral Health Foundation, the Xiangcheng District Charity Association, and the Taiping Charity Association.
2023 Growing toward the sun, walking with meticulous precision.
A Journey to Europe—Keeping the Momentum Going, Fostering Collaboration and Integration, and Pioneering Smart Manufacturing through Technological Breakthroughs! We’ve engaged in in-depth exchanges and learning across multiple dimensions, partnering closely with the University of Lille in France, globally renowned raw material companies, and leading equipment manufacturers. We visited and studied at the University of Lille, touring its Complimentary Laboratory; paid a visit to IFF, one of the world’s top three international fragrance and flavor companies; and toured Marchesini Group, Italy’s second-largest equipment manufacturer.
In the same year, Campari & Qingxin was awarded numerous honors, including “Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center” and “Jiangsu Province Specialized, Fine, and New Enterprise.”
2024 “Bai Has Gravity, Xingguang Gives Rise to Flowers”
The overseas business division of Campari was established and made its European debut at the PLMA exhibition in the Netherlands in May, followed by the ECRM North America exhibition in the U.S. in September, marking the start of the company’s ODM & OBM overseas business strategy.
After three years of effort, in December 2024, Qingxin Health successfully obtained a medical device manufacturing license and two Class II dental medical device registration certificates. Meanwhile, 11 medical device product projects are currently undergoing registration preparation. Campari Enterprise has officially entered the new industry of medical devices, realizing a new business model of “cosmetics and medical devices integration.” Awarded “Top 100 Cosmetics (China) Manufacturers 2024.”
In 2024, amid intensifying “involutionary” competition and an uncertain environment, we remained committed to our vision of “Bai You’s Gravity, Fragrant Light Blossoms,” achieving a double-digit growth of 30% in both output value and sales performance. Our company is steadily moving forward!
