Automatic Discharging System
The automatic distribution system consists of 2 composite scales and one MES control system. According to formula requirement, the central control room issues type and weight requirements of raw material to be packed to the distribution system. According to system notice, workers scan raw material first and the system carries out the next weighing operation only when the raw material is identical with raw material code to be packed in the system. During weighing, the system has issued weight of packed raw material to the weighing scale. And workers just need to feed to the weight displayed in the system and label will be issued automatically. The automatic distribution system adopts automatic distribution and control to reduce human intervention and improve reliability of production process.
Full Vacuum Pot
The vacuum paste making pot is made of 316L stainless steel. The entire machine adopts industrial personal computer (IPC) for automatic control and is connected to central control system of the company. Process engineer just needs to upload process parameters to the central control server, the system sends process parameters to the designated vacuum premixing pot automatically, and workers just need to carry out ON-OFF operation as per notices on IPC screen. Process parameters cannot be changed, ensuring stability of product process.
Purified Water Equipment
CAMPARI skin caring workshop is equipped with 4T/H EDI water treatment system at medical grade and toothpaste and oral workshop is equipped with 11T/H EDI water treatment system at medical grade. Import rate of accessories is up to 90%, conductivity of generated water is below 5μS/cm and even less, and resistivity is up to 18 megohm (conductivity =1/resistivity). Purified water equipment, the equipment to generate purified water to meet demands of various industries, are applied mostly to pharmaceutical, biochemistry, chemical engineering, hospital and other industries. The entire system is made of SUS316L total stainless steel and ozone sterilizers are provided before water consumption points.
Automatic Powder Conveying System
The automatic powder conveying system consists of an automatic unpacking machine, vacuum feeding machine and powder mixer with weighing. Workers just need to place the whole package of powder on belt of the unpacking machine. The system will complete unpacking, feeding and mixing automatically to reduce labor intensity and improve the powder workshop environment. The entire system adopts closed powder feeding to reduce risks of materials being polluted.
